5 RULES FOR OILING HAIR

5 RULES FOR OILING HAIR

Who doesn't like the idea of relaxing champ i? A head massage is not only de-stressing but also good for your hair. It provides nourishment to your tresses and makes them soft and shiny too. But, are you doing it right? If you treat yourself to weekly at-home head massages, follow these five simple rules.

Skin is the body's largest organ, a waterproof barrier that protects the internal organs against infection, injury, and harmful sun rays. The skin is also an important sensory organ and helps to control body temperature. The outer layer of the skin, known as the epidermis is coated with keratin, a tough, horny protein that is also the chief constituent of hair and nails. Dead cells are shed from the skin's surface and are replaced by new cells from the base of the epidermis, the region that also produces the skin pigment, melanin. The dermis contains most of the skin's living structures, and includes nerve endings, blood vessels, elastic fibers, sweat glands that cool the skin, and sebaceous glands that produce oil to keep the skin supple. Beneath the dermis lies the subcutaneous tissue (hypodermics), which is rich in fat and blood vessels. Hair shafts grow from hair follicles situated in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue. Hair grows on every part of the skin apart from the palms of the hands and soles of the feet.

1. HEAT THE OIL

A hot oil massage verses a cold one can make a lot of difference. Heated oil, besides giving a feeling of relaxation, also penetrates better. Go for oils that can be heated like coconut oil and olive oil, microwave only for few seconds.

2. DON'T MASSAGE TOO HARD

A lot of times we end up massaging too harshly. This can actually damages the roots, create knots and lead to hair breakage. Instead, go for a smoothing massage in circular motion. You can also dip cotton in oil to massage your hair gently.

3. COMB YOUR HAIR BEFORE

Not combing your hair before oiling can cause some serious damage. Massaging tangled hai can cause hair breakage and even increase knots

4. MASSAGE HAIR ENDS TOO

Lot of time we end up massaging our scalp only. You must oil your hair ends too, as they need hydration as well. Oil your hair section by section for lustrous locks.

5. KEEP THE OIL FOR SOME TIME

Once you apply the oil, don't rush for a head wash. Keep the oil on your hair at least for an hour. After oiling your hair, wrap a hot towel on your hair, this will help the oil to seep in better. You can keep it on for some time and then wash it off with lukewarm water.

  1. “I read these posts and liked to share my experience using natural herbal medicine and a lifestyle change.

As an ICU nurse with an amazing 38years old career, I know what a medical miracle is. For no reason, I have never liked herbal medicines until I witnessed a confirmed HIV positive patient test result reversed to HIV negative after supervising more tests on him which all came back HIV negative.

Back then many experts who saw the test results gave different suggestions to their best understanding and why it was possible or impossible. But to me, it was nothing more than a medical miracle.

I scrutinized him and found out he has been cured with herbal medicine which a physician have prepared for him.

I also suffered from GENITAL HERPES back then which was the primary reason that has made me remain single and my biggest secret that has made me understand life in the best way I should.

Through this abovementioned person who had been cured of HIV, I contacted this physician who permanently cured me GENITAL HERPES with herbal medicine and also cured a PSORIASIS patient with herbal medicine through me, and in all these tribulations and recovery phases, we conquered.

The good news is that this physician is available on:
