HERBS AND HEALTH

HERBS AND HEALTH

The interest of people increasing in herbal and other alternative medicines undoubtedly. People's experience of modern chemical made synthesised drugs effect on health of their families very badly. There are many chemical are being taken by millions of people in their daily life. Their parents coped in the past. With the help of cortisone simple aches and sprains are now relieved. Hormone are treated very commonly.

Now very simply and clearly you would know how you can treats many diseases through home made remedies. It is very surprising that there are many herbs recommended are already present in your own kitchen. But this is not ready to use. Now we will try to explain you how you can treat patients with these present herbs in your own kitchen.

There is a great and fundamental difference between modern herbalism and modern synthesised and chemical made drugs. The pharmacists of the modern days seeks to identify and to isolate what they regards as one of the 'Active' element in the plant or chemical substance. The effect of this concentrated ingredient once isolated can be tested, then the drugs can be produced in major quantity to make huge profit. The modern herbalist have good faith that that it is the whole herb not just one ingredient in it which treat the illness in your bod, while other components of the same plant buffer the more active ingredients. Herbal remedies are not very much concentrated. The are very rightly regarded and more safe, less toxic and more gentle.

This is recommended that all herbs are not totally safe or harmless. If that were so, they probably be ineffectual in nature as other medicines. In our different blogs if you see the word'CAUTION' or NOTE please read the same very carefully. The medicines takes to correct imbalance of body functions. Herbal or other medicine should not necessary to use for long time. These herbal medicines in this blog are very useful in simple everyday conditions. If there is serious problem or any kind of health disturbance you should concern your doctor or qualified practitioner.

The role of herbal medicine for those our grandparents were very much familiar through economic necessity ( Fees of doctors and their medicines charges were very high for most of the people) , has very much declined these days, for most of people have access to very low-cost of medical treatment. Thus herbal medicines seems to have connection to someone who is not familiar with the profession superstition and non-scientific approach to have medicine for their treatments. This is the truth of the natural herbal remedies.

There is a very basic difference between majority of orthodox doctors and the medical herbalist lies in the approach to getting cure for better health and illness. Most of the natural practitioners accept a 'vitalistic' rather than a 'mechanistic' principle that is, all living organism may be likened to complex medicines to a certain degree, but one cannot stop there. Unlike machines has the good potential for self-healing for all life. Also there is a 'self-balancing' principle that known as 'homeostasis', whereby living organism readjust to changes that effect there functioning. This reduce any long-term damage by maintaining a 'steady-state' with the body. These wonderful natural abilities are the cause of giving respect by herbal practitioners and use of the medicines to support rather than disrupt this natural process.

It follows that herbal practitioners see a state of health as a for more positive condition than a mere absence of disease the physical, mental, and more spiritual aspect must be at their optimum to enable the full enjoyment of good health and smooth life. This is the core of 'holistic' ideal of medicine, an ideal which we, the herbal practitioners, strive to put into practice for the great benefit of each and every patients. It more often said that herbal practitioners treat the patient rather than the disease. This may be difficult to understand in a culture where 'A' drug is prescribed to treat 'B' illness. This may be very successful in certain cases rapidly too, but it does not provide reply for the patients who end up coming to see me. The extensive note I make about all aspect for a patient's health, which I have heard discussed as mere 'clerking' by some doctors, is really very essential to the type of diagnosis I am seeking. This is quite very different from the orthodox diagnostic approach of identifying a disease of syndrome, and looking for the drug with which to treat the same disease. What I am looking for is, for example, how for a person's nervous system is contributing to their symptoms or their circulation, or their kidney and bowel function, and so on, through all the systems of the body, to assess their involvement in the apparent problem.

This approach is based on sound physiological principle. It recognises the interdependence of all function of the body, and accepts that if one system is not working properly it would be surely have consequences for the others. For example, kidneys function in our body to removal of toxic waste from the body, if they are not working properly and efficiently, the result can be skin inflammation or arthritic disorder, due to irritants accumulating in the body rather than being expelled in the normal may out of the body.

The prescriptions I make for my patients may contain up to eight different liquid herbal extracts to help restore the balance to the different body systems which have been found to be unhealthy. The ease with which remedies can be combined is one of the great strengths of herbal medicines , it effects an improvement which patient often describes as 'feeling better in myself even before the specific symptoms may have cleared. It is very great skill of creating the best combinations for each individual patient's need that is the great an essential art of professional herbalist. In this blog my aim is to convey a very much simplified form of this approach, which can then be understood and put into practice by the lay person in a very easy way. My approach is faithful to the principle of the holistic method, and by being so it stands a better chance of success than the use of isolated herbal remedies. But the methods described here are limited in breadth and depth compared with the treatment that a professional herbalist would give to a patient.

Another aspect of the holistic view of maintaining good health in the life is concerned with what people can do for themselves, with the help of correct diet and daily practices of exercise, before ever considering medical therapy. Again, this is connected with a positive view of health which emphasises the importance of giving the body what it need to keep healthy and good shape.
For most people, a fairly plain whole-food diet is to be recommended. A wide range of fruit and vegetables should be eaten regularly these contain a large amount of water and fibre and as result are non-concentrated in the nutritional value they supply. The fibre is valuable in itself because it is not absorbed- it adds bulk to the food passing through the digestive tract, thus giving the muscles that push the food along an easier job. This type of diet may need to be revised for people who have very sensitive digestive system, excess fibre can be too irritating for some people and certain fruit can be cause indigestion. Suspected fruits and vegetables should be avoided and replaced by those that are more easily tolerated.

Pulses, cereals and nuts represent a more concentrated and rich source of nutrition than fruits and vegetables. Most people can take them freely, although again the fibre content in whole-grain cereals can be extra in quantity and irritant. I am not in favour of taking extra bran in the diet this is actually a 'refined' product, as it is one isolated part of the grain, without the balance of the whole. If possible, the whole-grain forms of flour, pasta and rice should be used, as they contain much more nourishment (and taste!) than the white equivalent.

Animal food including milk and its product, eggs, meat and fish are the most concentrated foods available and are best eaten only in relatively small amounts for well-balanced diet. They all have the same benefits high quality proteins, plenty of vitamins, minerals and good energy-value. But animal foods also contain large amounts of undesirable saturated fats. Human beings are not adapted for dealing with large amounts of fats they block the blood-vessels, causing problem such as angina, and the inherent energy that is not used is deposited as fat in our bodies.

The other personal responsibility we have exercise is now becoming recognised as essential to the well-being all of us, not just the prerogative of the 'sporty' few. Our bodies are designed to be on the move most of the time, and generally work best under such conditions. Exercise stimulates the circulation, the lungs, the digestion, various eliminative processes and burns up calories that would otherwise be stored as fat. The average person needs to walk about six miles a day to preserve optimum health, but this can be  condensed into half an hour's steady, non-stop exercise on alternate days. Swimming, cycling, jogging or even really a brisk walk will fulfil the requirements by providing a stimulus to which the body will respond.

  1. “I glanced at these posts and desired to share my experience using natural herbal medicine and a lifestyle change.

As an ICU nurse with an amazing 38years old career, I know what a medical miracle is. For no reason, I have never liked herbal medicines until I witnessed a confirmed HIV positive patient test result reversed to HIV negative after conducting more tests on him which all came back HIV negative.

Back then many experts who saw the test results gave different suggestions to their best understanding and why it was possible or impossible. But to me, it was nothing more than a medical miracle.

I scrutinized him and found out he has been cured with herbal medicine which a physician have prepared for him.

I also suffered from GENITAL HERPES back then which was the primary reason that has made me remain single and my biggest secret that has made me understand life in the best way I should.

Through this abovementioned person who had been cured of HIV, I contacted this physician who permanently cured me GENITAL HERPES with herbal medicine and also cured a PSORIASIS patient with herbal medicine through me, and in all these tribulations and recovery phases, we conquered.

The good news is that this physician is available on:
